  1. Connect the printer

    • USB printer → Plug it into your PC.

    • Wireless printer → Make sure it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.

  2. Open Settings
    Press Windows + I → go to Bluetooth & devicesPrinters & scanners.

  3. Add device
    Click Add device (top right).
    Windows will search for available printers.

  4. Select your printer
    Once it appears, click Add device next to it.

  5. Wait for setup to complete
    Windows installs the drivers automatically.
